Who are we?

A little bit about Lot Line. Being born on this island I've watched many changes. I have seen the tourism hub shift from west to south and seen Lombok boom in recent years from the world class surf spots and the Mandalika projects. I've watched Lombok change from the inside and that perspective is at the heart of everything we do at Lot Line.

Lombok is evolving. But what makes it special will remain unchanged the people, the surf, the green hills rising above the ocean and a slower rhythm of life that brings so many here and keeps them.

Lot Line was created to help people navigate that change with care. We work closely with local communities to offer thoughtfully selected land across Lombok from beachfront and jungle plots to larger scale development sites, always with respect for place, people and long-term impact.

To us, land and property purchases are never just a transaction. It's the beginning of something meaningful like a new connection, home, retreat or a dream project designed to sit comfortably within its surroundings.

If you're exploring what's possible in Lombok, we'd love to share this with you.

 FAQs

  • A land title is the official certificate that proves ownership of a property. It also shows the size, boundaries, and legal status of the land.

  • Foreigners can hold land in Indonesia through a company (PT PMA), which is the most common and secure structure. We can guide you through the set up.

  • PT PMA is a foreign-owned company in Indonesia. It’s the most common and secure way for foreigners to invest in land or property long-term.

There needs to be a minimum of two shareholders (individuals or companies).

At least one shareholder as a director and one as commissioner. These roles can be held by foreigners or Indonesians.

  • There are official investment guidelines but in reality there is flexibility depending on the project and structure. We help you understand what’s realistic and suitable for your situation.

  • We always do due diligence:

    • Check the land certificate

    • Confirm the seller is legitimate

    • Make sure there are no disputes

    • Verify zoning and access

This is why having a local, trusted team really matters.

  • It can be a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the land, documentation and also your situation. We aim to keep the process smooth and transparent.

  • Because everything in Indonesia is relationship based.

    Having a local team means:

    • Clear communication with sellers and authorities

    • Better understanding of the area

    • Less risk and fewer surprises

  • Yes — especially right now.

It’s still early stages which means opportunity, lower entry prices and strong future growth potential.
